My favorite date night includes good food on a patio in the city. I’m a city girl through and through. A date night doesn’t have to be fancy or restricted to just the weekend. In fact, one way to really reset is to add some spontaneity to date night. Just do yourself 1 favor and be present in the moment. Most of us can’t turn the phone off or leave it behind but set it aside for just a few hours and give our significant other all our attention.

Set boundaries at Work
Even if you are the boss, setting boundaries is so important. Schedule everything you do. Even schedule free time and most importantly stick to it. If you work on the important things the urgent things will soon go away. Some people thrive in chaos but trust me you can get so much more done when you schedule what you can control and leave time throughout the day to deal with the unexpected.
