How it works

Year long intensive

First 90 days:

  • Twice monthly, 45 private calls
  • 1 x monthly 90 minute group call

After 90 days:

  • Twice monthly 90 minute group sessions
  • 3 45 minute private sessions to be used as needed for the remainder of the year
  • Active group chat to interact between sessions
  • Monthly luncheons
  • Quarterly events
